She Wanted GLITTER in Her Hair, So...

You asked for it… time for another FAB or FAIL! It’s one of our favorite seasons of the year, with cooler weather, fall colors, pumpkin spice, and #Halloween around the corner! I’ve actually used glitter in the roots of hairstyles several times in the past, for festival hairstyles like #Coachella, halloween hairstyles, and school spirit day. This product is offered in 3 different colors: Mermaid Sparkle, Unicorn Queen, and Rainbow Party. Today, Kamri chose Rainbow Party for her #hairstyle! Our goal was to teach you a quick hairstyle tutorial that highlights a prominent partline, where we can apply the glitter gel directly into her roots. Double Dutchbacks into Messy Bun STEP 1: Part the hair down the center STEP 2: Section off 2 sections, making sure they are even STEP 3: Dutch braid the first section. Backcomb the hair if you would like to add more volume. As you get to the end, continue braiding the remaining hair into a normal braid STEP 4: Pull and pancake the edges of the braid to make it look nice and full STEP 5: Repeat another dutch braid on the other section of hair STEP 6: Join the remaining hair from that section with the remaining hair from the first section STEP 7: Create a messy bun with a small elastic, use bobby pins to secure STEP 8: Brush the glitter on to the roots. Start with small amounts until you get a feel for how the product applies. Items Needed: Rat tail comb, spray bottle, small hair elastics, bobby pins, Glitter Roots Time Requirement: 10 minutes Skill Level: Medium After using this product, I would definitely rank it as FAB! Although I wish that that the brush of this product was a little bit longer, it was still really easy to use and the results are DARLING! I also tried this on Rylan the day before, and washing the product out of the hair was easy as well. The price is affordable, and the kit comes with a travel size bottle that you can carry in your backpack or purse for touch ups on the go! This product great for girls of any age, and can be worn like at so many different events… with any hairstyle that features a partline.
