We decided the best time for me to schedule this trip was around the same time as the Crossfit Games. So I started in Phoenix Arizona for The Culture Fitness and Fashion Expo, flew to Miami and then finished in Madison Wisconsin. You can watch my 2018 CF Games experience on my last youtube video. There is no real protocol for my rehab other than take it slow and make sure I don’t start lifting or doing dynamic movement for about 4 weeks. The goal: Grow new tissue, scar tissue included and then work through it and regain mobility and strength. Doc says he is very confident in me having a speedy recovery.
